This is one of the first packs that Gregory made that falls into the "lightweight" category and, while it's been tweaked and improved over the years, it has staying power in the world of backpacking for a reason...it's a fantastic pack! The 55L size has the most versatility, whether you want to pack a bit more for a short trip or pack a little lighter for longer trips, this pack has the comfort, technical features, and easy carry that any backpacker could ask for.
Weighing in at just under 4 pounds, this pack doesn't sacrifice on technical features. Our favorites are the lightweight aluminum chassis, matrix ventilated backpanel, and removable daypack (which you can leave behind if you're looking to shave a bit of weight).
